THE APARTMENT

Spacious one bedroom apartment, adequately sleeps 4 people. Open plan modern design with
full air-conditioned / heating. Furnished to exceptionally high standard with a neutral
décor throughout.

Kitchen modern fitted kitchen complete with cooker, fridge/freezer
washing machine and microwave. There is also a safe for storing
valuables

Lounge openplan , complete with table & chairs seating 4 people.
Sofa, coffee table and TV. Sofa opens to sleep 2 people.

Bedroom spacious, complete with 2 single beds and fitted double
wardrobe.

Bathroom complete with shower, basin and vanity unit. UK style toilet.

Towels and bed linen provided. Linen will be changed after 7 days on a 10 - 14 day
holiday.

Patio Area

Generous patio area which over looks pool complete with table and chairs.

Pool and Bar

Large communal pool with gradual steps taking you into the shallow water. Suitable for
swimmers & non swimmers alike. Spacious area surrounding the pool enabling you to relax
quietly or enjoy the company of friends or family. The poolside bar provides food and
drinks all day and a separate seating area for dining if you wish. Sun loungers and
large parasols surround the pool and are free for you to use.

Whilst staying at Shells apartments our English run property management company, "Inside
out" will be your first point of contact. Should any problems arise their friendly staff
are only a phone call away. Their contact details will be sent to you on completion of
your booking. This information will also be available in the apartment.

Directions

A map and detailed directions will be sent to you upon completion of your booking.

Departure Time

The apartment must be vacated by 10am on your departure day. If a later time is required
will do our best to accommodate this but it cannot always be guaranteed as this depends
on any incoming guests and there arrival times. Please let us know at the time of
booking if this is required.

Airports Transfers / Car Hire

Transfer time from Larnaca airport is approximately 35 minutes. If you choose to take one
of the many taxis expect to pay approximately CY£30. Alternatively you can hire a car at
the airport from one of the many car hire companies. This can also be booked on the
internet prior to your holiday.(see links)
Throughout Ayia napa there are many car hire companies where you can also hire
motorbikes, quads and scooters. These are extremely popular.

Car hire is only available to over 21's and you will need your full driving licence.

Supermarkets and Shops

There are numerous shops and supermarkets all within walking distance of the apartment.
Many open til late in the evening catering for all your tastes and needs.

Hospital

In case of an emergency a hospital / medical centre is within 5 minutes walk from the
apartment. Please make sure you have adequate holiday insurance. Nearby pharmacies are
also open late.

Restaurants and Cafes

Starting within a minutes walk from the apartment you will find many restaurants and
cafes. All cuisines are catered for from French, Italian, Mexican, Indian, Chinese and
Greek tavernas you name it and its there.
There is also a McDonalds, KFC and Pizza Hut to please the young ones.
